How did you proceed to send to Facebook?

Did you use "mobile@facebook.com"?

To sync it to your computer with a USB cable you need to have the correct software installed on your computer. That software should come with the phone when you purchase it. To send it you also might try picture mail if your service provider offers that and if you have it included with your plan. You might also be able to add it to a text and send it to your email. If your having any technical issues with your phone though you may need to contact your service provider.

Dreven when you mention "you need to have the correct software installed on your computer.", don't you mean drivers?

Well that too but there is software too for a lot of phones out there. The phone I have now is like that too... There is a disk with software on it that I had to install.. It doesn't just create a folder you can open in My Computer unlike a miniSD reader separate from the phone itself. I got a MiniSD reader for my phone before this one. It looks like a flash drive that hooks up to USB and only had drivers that come with it and created a folder in My Computer.

Personally, I sent picture texts from my phone to my Photobucket, and from there put them on Facebook.

That's the fastest and easiest way imo but not all price plans include picture mail. Pretty much all new plans with phone companies in the USA have no picture mail charges but if they are on an older plan they may get charged. I work for Sprint in one of the call centers and I get calls for picture mail charges all the time.
