Again its summer, again im at my grandparents and again i got boored so made some silly stuff.

Text is still a problem by the looks of it.

As for the first one, I don't like the bland background, and the blue bit doesn't work with the BG at all, but does look nice with the render.
The second one is nicer, but again the black/grey background doesn't work with the rest of the sig. Try putting some more colour in those areas.

Now for some good comments
I love the effects you've added to the second one, work really well with the render you've used. These sigs are quite nice, but can be improved upon.

I like the style and coloring effects on the second one. Reminds me of some old school gfx

Nice, but you should seriously check out new tutorials...

As much as I hate to strain my graphically untalented brain, the second one looks great, love the contract you used

Normally I don't like anime sigs but #2 looks really good imo.
The first one looks like it was saved in a really bad quality. Especially the render and it doesn't blend well imo.
