I. Introduction
Agility can be one of the most daunting skills to train because it can be boring and sometimes experience can be slow. However, when you reach the Brimhaven Agility Course, Agility can be fun again. Due to the popularity of the course you almost always meet someone new at the course. You will do best with this guide if you have level 40 Agility or above. Below 40 and the time versus experience isn’t worth it, and you’d be better off at the Gnome Stronghold Course or the Barbarian Course.
II. What to bring
When at the course, you will want to stay for as long as possible before having to run to the bank (may take a good 5-10 minutes, as there’s no bank nearby) This is how to minimize the amount of energy used so you can minimize your number of bank trips.
What to wear:
[picture]
[picture]
In total, I weigh around 0 kilograms while wearing these items.
Head: Don’t wear a helmet. A hat for looks is okay, but nothing is the best. Even the slightest weight difference can make a difference in how fast your energy recharges.
Amulet: A glory would be recommended for an easy teleport in an emergency. A glory can be too expensive for some people, so if you’re short on money teleport runes are recommended, I recommend Ardougne runes for short banking. (You can also take the boat from Ardougne to Brimhaven as an alternate method of travel)
Cape: Again, this is purely for looks. I love my legends cape, so I decided to wear it, and you have to admit, it looks nice.
Arrows: None, there’s nothing to fight, and they just add extra weight.
Weapon: None, there’s nothing to fight and they add extra weight.
Chest: Light weight or none. Again armor isn’t needed.
Shield: None needed, unless you want to wield a prayer book.
Legs: Light weight or none. Armor isn’t needed.
Gloves: Most gloves don't weigh anything so they can be worn without disadvantages, but don't let these weigh over 5kg.
Boots: I seriously recommend doing the Temple of Ikov quest and retrieving the Boots of Lightness, these will lower your total weight by 4%
Ring: Don't bring ring of life under any circumstances (explained in section VI). If you have one, bring your "Ring of Charos (U)" from The "Garden of Tranquility Quest" you will get free boat rides to and from Karamja. *Thanks to StoneHenge for this information, greatly appreciated*
Inventory:

Coins: For boat rides from Ardougne to Brimhaven and to pay for entry to the arena. Note: If you have the Ring of Charos you will not have to pay for boat ride.
Cakes: They are cheap, and efficient for this job: this will be explained soon enough.
III. Location
Brimhaven agility course is obviously located on Brimhaven, but how to get there? I find the most efficient way is to teleport to Ardougne and then take the boat. Go to Ardougne docks and talk to Captain Barnaby.

You have now arrived at Brimhaven. The question is, how do you get to the actual dungeon! I will show you in two quick screenshots.

Follow the white line leading southeast until you find a Spirit Tree patch.

Then follow the white line I have mapped, and you have finally reached your destination! You will be in a room that looks something like this:

V. How to obtain tickets, and what to do with them
Bars
We know our obstacles; now we need our tickets. You have a bar in the top left screen, which tells you if you can get tickets. Tag a dispenser and your bar turns green:
[picture]
If you miss a dispenser you bar turns red:
[picture]
Arrows
You have to tag dispensers to get tickets (if your bar is red, you don’t get tickets that time), but not just any dispenser; you have to tag the highlighted one. The highlighted dispensers will be displayed by arrows. So, you have to follow the arrows to the target dispensers.
The Red Arrows
The red arrows represent where you need to go to reach the dispenser, and how far away you are from the dispenser.
In this example the arrow shows us that I'm far away from the dispenser, and which direction I need to go in to reach the dispenser.
[picture]
The Yellow Arrow
When you are within the proximity of the targeted dispenser, a yellow arrow will point exactly where you are located.
[picture]
What to do with the tickets
Go out of the course and find "Pirate Jackie the Fruit" and trade with her. She will provide you ways to spend your tickets you earned. I recommend buying agility experience. However, don't let me decide for you. Here are the prices:

VI. Strategies and tips
Always keep your HP below 20. This minimizes your food use since you only get hit 2's by any object at such a low hp.
Don't bring a ring of life because it will teleport you out of the arena if you are under 10 percent of your health (20 hp falls under that)
If you are level 50 agility or below, you may want to take an agility potion or two in case you are hit by a dart and are unable to use the level 40+ obstacles.
If you fail an object twice in a row, move to another obstacle, frustration isn’t helpful.
Stay aware of your HP level in case it gets too low.
You may want to bring stuff to alch with you, so when you've tagged the dispenser you can alch in the remaining time before the next dispenser.
Happy Agilitying!
