Firefox and IE crash every time i try to start them on my laptop. it crashes even before i can do anything.
I've tried re-installing them but it didnt work.

Does any know what the problem may be?

Any error messages?

Have you tried Firefox safe mode (Should be in your start menu)

for IE you can check the Event Viewer in the Administrative tools. It has an Internet Explorer error log there. Check if you see any critical/fatal errors.

IE is supposed to do that.
