my DSL keeps disconnecting every 10 minutes the light on my moden at DSL keeps going on and off then then it goes off completely for a minute then it comes back on, I've noticed this happens usually when there's two computers connected to the internet

1. Sometimes when my modem is screwing over I unplug it for a few minutes and plug it back in (NOT ROUTER) and then it cooperates.

2. You need a new modem

3. Your ISP has a problem.

I've noticed when both my computers are turned off the DSL never disconnects, so I think the problem isn't in my router

You might want to contact your ISP for a new modem.
