You're not funny for trying to initiate inside jokes with those who already know for a fact that you had only just discovered them within the previous 24 hour period.

I'm a terribly shallow person and happy to admit it. I've gotten with quite a few girls and the only one I actually liked had no interest in me whatsoever, quite possibly prompting my interest. Actually that's a mild lie since I also liked another who looked like dirt.

As a general rule I work off the fact that they should have a smaller waist size than me, be fairly attractive and not be batshit stupid. However, all these characteristics can be forgotten if there's a quirk that's just trucking D'awww. I'm possibly and by which I mean entirely more interested in the chase than the actual girl, hence why I borderline fell in love with a bisexual girl who also had no interest in me. Generally I steer clear of nice people because I know deep down that I don't deserve them and that really, I wouldn't want to ruin nice people. Nice people deserve nice people.

Rob it's not uncommon for guys to be interested in the chase more than the girl.

I must say that I am exactly the same as you Rob. The chase is exciting and fun. But once the girl falls for me all the energy and excitement goes and I lose interest.

It's actually kinda detrimental to my relationships.. coz it makes it harder for me to stay in a long term deal. I also feel kinda guilty like I am just using women. But oh well.

I actually prefer a girl who is a little older than me by a few years or so. I've always been fond of older women since I was young actually. Anyways, here's my list.

First and foremost, she has to be a Christian. Don't hate, that's just how it is for me.
She has to be smart.
She has to be attractive, or at least attractive in my eyes.
Hair color isn't an issue to me. I just don't want someone with like full out pink, green, etc. hair. I don't mind scene looks either, that's pretty cute to me.
I don't want her much taller than me actually. I'm only 5'6, maybe 5'7, I can't remember. So if she's really taller than I am, it may feel uncomfortable to me.
For her personality, she has to be funny, loving, caring, random, and serious when need be. Basically just someone who sort of acts like me to where we can have fun and just click.
I don't really want her fat, but not real skinny. I honestly don't want someone over 200 pounds or under 100 pounds. She needs some meat on her while still looking nice.

But I know whoever I find, she will be perfect in my eyes no matter what anyone else thinks.

I can understand the tallness factor and the factor of being the same religion.

When two people come together it's much easier for them to stay together when they are of the same socio-economic background.
