You obtain it via running (250?) laps around the higher levelled barb. course.

And its -40 kilograms or some shit.

nice, however -100 kg enables you to run for the same amount of time as -1kg.
Saebjorn

From RS Wikia
QUOTE

Carrying less weight causes energy to decrease slowly, and a higher Agility level will cause energy to recover at a higher rate. Players who undertake activities requiring a lot of running around would be well advised to minimize the total weight they carry whilst doing so, since they will be able to run for longer. However, having negative weight has the same effect as having 0kg weight.
Saebjorn
Well what the hell is the point in that then? Just wear nothing...
Row
The benefits of having weight reducing items means that you can carry more for longer periods of time.
Spire
And it looks cool H.gif

Oh and to whoever asked, i'm still going with my agility train.
Ichigo

Plus the fact that guys follow you and try to talk to you (Recruitment Drive comes to mind...).
Saebjorn
Ah, so if the clothes make your weight -100kg and then you wear really heavy other stuff, your still on 0kg...
Asa
