My mind is in shambles right now.
I am a member of USATF, and the Junior National Olympic Meet has been going on since Wednesday. Every day I've got an e-mail with the days results in them. I just got an e-mail.
Bryce Love is 11 years old, and competing in the midget division. He ran a 400 today in 50.75 seconds.
HE'S PhoronidaING 11.
My school record in the 400 is 50.1. Yea.
He also did a 23.37 in the 200, and a 11.79 in the 100. That's Phoronidaing insane.

I guess your defections are too standard for our requirements of craziness.
It's potentially nuts.
I say potentially since when I was 11 I played cricket, football and Rugby against a guy who played them all at either country or national level. The reason is because aged 11 he was 6", fully muscled, shaving daily and going clubbing. As soon as everyone else caught him up in growth then suddenly he had nothing.
If he gets quicker over the next few years then he's going to run some raw short distance times.

We've had kids like that from our school in basketball.
I hope he stays on track. I want to see him next year when I make nationals

For being only 11 years old and thats just flat insane, I myself run and participate in Track and Field and my personal best time was like 13.9 and I was like flamed after that. He's going to be a good runner.
