Smoby, enjoy your 2 day suspension. See the problem is - when you post things like that, the company i use to advertise on the site notices; they also tend to send annoying emails telling me to do a better job moderating my forum, or be dropped.

Yes, this is the real world. If you were running a business - such as an electronics retailer, a car dealership, running a donation, ect. Would you want to pay for advertising on a site that considers it socially acceptable to spam with blatant profanities? Obviously not - since that demographic is not going to bring much business, so of course anyone who I'm advertising with is going to question their willingness to pay for time on my site.

Also, why did you ban Smoby for you interpreting a word differently to how it was supposed to be taken, yet allow for a topic titled 'In my pants' to remain on the site, with no action taken? Surely that would bring about questions from the company too? All I'm saying is that there are worse things in this forum that go unpunished.

The word in question is clearly profane, I'm not sure how you could argue that it is not.

RuneCrypts TOS clearly states that it is against policy to use profanity, swares, etc. Any allowance we make is an exception too that rule.

The "In my pants" topic does not break any of RuneCrypts rules. Nor would it show up on any crawler that is designed specifically too detect usage of insensitive words/images.

Its very simple: Use common sense. You've been around long enough to know what is and is not allowed on this forum. If you really wish to press the issue feel free too pm/email me, there's no reason to continue spamming a topic that is already essentially spam.

Also, I did not misinterpret anything. I stated that the word was a "Derogatory term for genitalia". That is not an incorrect statement. The usage of the word is irrelevant.

If I've been informed correctly, it seems that Smoby has been (temp) banned for saying the word "Hippy". I really don't see why the word "penis" is any less worse than "Hippy". I remember I joined Runecrypt entirely for the pking trips they used to go on. They were fun, wander around for ages till we find one poor guy then all jump on him. There were some steel wars when I joined too, I remember being really proud that I could make full steel for them.
