Well seemingly everyone I know irl, myself included, uses social networking sites such as facebook, twitter etc. (Primarily facebook, not aware of anyone using twitter.)


So, Runecrypt...Do you use social networking sites? if so which? any reasons why?

Personally, I use facebook, everyone I know does and it's just generally very handy for organising and just general conversations, not to mention random photos lol.

I also use Behance which is some random invite only art networking site, so you can show pieces and get contacts etc.

I have a Facebook, but only have like, 15 friends, beacuse that's really how many friends I have in real life. Meh.

Well i think a lot of people use the concept very excessively, like ive seen people with 2k+ added friends, so they blatantly just add anyone and everyone.

I just have a Myspace. Never use it anymore. The only time I get on it is when I randomly get emails saying I got a comment for some reason. But then I delete it. I think the only person from RC that I have on my Myspace is Brian. But yea. I'm not going to bother to give it out since I don't use it.

Facebook is great for keeping in contact with people who live overseas.

I use facebook very occasionally. It's a great way to stay in touch with friends, especially now that I'm graduated. It also has let me meet a few people from the college that I'll be attending. I've gotten in touch with old friends that I haven't talked to in years as well.
