It's possible that it's true. I mean, these sorts of people put insane amounts of time and effort into their accounts. They get all sorts of extremely high achievements and by that time may have paid over $1000 membership and then it's all gone in a flash. That's why you don't get that involved . I'm not saying you shouldn't get high levels or anything, just don't emotionally attach yourself to an invented reality.

I'm tired of that little kid and this vid is old. This kid has 5 videos that are more or less the exact same as this one. They start out with "watch my video my brother is freaking out" then that kid runs in and does random oh my god I'm freaking out crap that isn't always all that believable. Oh and I forgot he always get naked for some reason. Odd. My guess is the first one was genuine then they saw that it went viral so they kept trying to duplicate the same result.

For the record though. I thought the headbutting the bead and bouncing back was funny though.
