I don't think it's really needed or practical to keep track of the current locations of the penguins. You can just join a CC if you want to know the locations. World 60 has a CC.

The channels in order of use are:
World60pengs
W60_Penguins
W60_Pengies
W60pengs
It's world 60, and the Cc is world60pengs. if that cc is full, use w60_penguins.
