Use capital i's instead of normal ones.

I'd definatly work on anatomy, but for a first pixel this is very good.
Also, try to make the shading more detailed, because now it's pretty simple. Except for the fire, that's very well done.

Actually this needs a lot of work. I personally would not have dithered the fire, at least not that much. Dithering basically helps add texture while helping to blend colors as well.

You need to work on anatomy as well. Just from looking at this, his left arm seems as if it would be much longer than his right arm if it was straightened out.

The shading needs to be better. Don't pick colors that are so close together. Use colors that are not similar in color so you can have a better sense of contrast and depth.

That's just a little bit of my 2 cents.

if i was you, i would have coloured the arm's aswell. i think that now, it looks like its unfinished =)

I like the dithering on the fire.

The arm still looks like it needs a cast and a Sharpie for all his friends.
