So I'm not really sure if I'm a good person or not in terms of charity work. I've found that I prefer to receive something for my donation instead of just giving money. So I found another site that does that.

I love pretty much all the shirts, but I really like the "HOPE" one and the one for Clean Water. I need one of these shirts nao.

You are a terrible person.

Offering an incentive for charity nullifies the charitable status. Which is why I feel faintly disgusted by things like the Orange Rock Corps.

I feel like this is a better way to give. Its similar to the TOMS.

The idea of making a product people want and then using profits to help others is brillant.

Nothing wrong with that.

Well I think it should be apparent that the general public doesn't give a rats ass about anything unless there's something in it for them.

There's always something in charity for everyone. If it's volunteering then you can look over what you did and think "Yeah, I helped do that" and if just something so simple as giving money you can see the effects of it on the lives of others.

Although I don't give money very often. Volunteering is actually far more beneficial to people than throwing money at them which is often siphoned into a bunch of unessential projects and tied up in various levels of bureaucracy. Especially in the mainstream charities.

Well said Robby.
