That may be one of the hardest bosses, but the hardest game I've ever seen is I Wanna Be The Guy. I've tried that game and it's freakin hard.

I don't think its a boss. I think it is the entire game. Notice that when you see "continue" "Insert coin" appears on the top-right, and with a lot of arcade games if you chuck in more money you get to keep playing anyway (I think).
