Introduction
The Inner Foundations section is the most important, and thus the most sacred. The rest of the document contains a list of guidelines, not extremely authoritative rules. All members have the right to speak out and act against corruption.

The Inner Foundations
Basic Law
* All Troopers are to respect and honour each other, players of RuneScape, and the Republic itself. This means no flaming, scamming, spamming, or publicly insulting someone.
* Troopers cannot join another army. In other words, no double-clanning.
* BYOW: Bring your own weaponry. In dangerous clan events, you participate at your own risk.
* Take charge when needed and give suggestions when acceptable. Just remember, we hate bossy attitudes.
* Clan uniforms are to be worn at meetings. No exceptions.
* PvP Worlds and Bounty Hunter is off-limits. We are a Galactic army, and thus we fight in an organized manner.
* Handle every problem with another member personally; slander is looked down upon and can be punishable if harsh.

Recruit - till first meeting
Clone Trooper - Level 3 and above
Clone Trooper Lieutenant - Level 20 and above
Clone Trooper Captain - Level 40 and above
Clone Trooper Major - Level 70 and above
Clone Commander - Level 100 and above
Clone Regiment Commander - Trains a Lieutenant to a Major
Senior Clone Commander - Past Clone Marshall
Clone Marchall Commander - voted
Supreme Chancellor - voted
Uniform Guidelines
The Basic Uniform setup consists of:
* Full helm
* Plate body
* Plate legs
* Weapon
*The metal pieces must be of the same metal and will be decided by your rank in the clan. Also, there will be special considerations for pures depending on their rank and defense level.
* Recruit - Bronze
* Clone Trooper - Iron
* Clone Trooper Lieutenant - Steel
* Clone Trooper Captain - Black
* Clone Trooper Major - Mithril
* Clone Commander/Clone Regiment Commander/ Senior Clone Commander - Adamantite
* Clone Marshall Commander/ Supreme Chancellor - Rune
In-Depth Clan Government Regulations
* A Council is voted in by a clan vote. Anyone who is a Clone Captain and has been in the clan for at least a year may run for the Council positions. The person with the most votes becomes "Supreme Chancellor," and gets a total of six months to rule. The next four highest become Clone Marshalls. After fifty people are in the clan for every 15 members, another Clone Marshall is elected and get to rule for a total of three months. After three months, a new election will emerge.
Candidate Prerequisites
* Must be at the Clone Captain rank or higher.
* Must be in good standing and not have broken any of the election rules.
* All votes must be sent to the Admin/Creator. No exceptions. Must be in forum pm form.
* No campaigning.
