Time: Directly after 99 Agility (Approx. 12:30 pm PST (3:30pm Eastern, 7:30pm GMT))
Where: Meet at Falador Gardens, near the East Bank.
Why: 
Notes: Xela is f2p, so he will not be getting a skill cape.

Clan Wars- Bring your Armour and food, we're going to own our way through all opposing clans! (Most likely will be held in w141)
(not confirmed) House Party- Slayer_Stuud has 99 Construction, and has offered to host a party in his house! Bring your beer and strobe lights! (House located in Rimmington)

But really, Agility is a members skill, so if I could, I would do it on f2p, but it just isn't possible. Sorry!
99 Cook is easy, why have an epic party?
Xela_King is f2p, and got 99 cooking with Salmon and Trout. That's epic in my opinion.

I hope I can come. I shall try unless I'm trick or treating for some reason around that time although that is fairly early to trick or treat. I've got to get my candies, don't blame me. Here's how it breaks down.
London is on Gmt +1 right now, but they stop being +1 on the 25th, 6 days before party.
We'll still be on daylight savings time until the 1st of november, so for the 25th-1st we'll be -7.
Does that make any sense?

I've finished editing the video of my 99 agil. I'm really sorry I didn't get Xela's 99 cook in there, I completely spaced D: But, Mod Mark H came to our party! It was awesome!!
