.No matter wat website Im on and even when I have limewire open and its connected to the internet it keeps playing a lysol and delsum commercial over all the other music and noises. What could this be and how do I get rid of it?

Ok guys Im having major problems and I cant figure them out myself cuz im not that bright. .

Sounds like adware to me. Run a virus/adware/spyware scan or part therof. The others can probably tell you exactly where to delete it from.

and not a free anti virus. they fail.

some sort of hijacker. I had one of those. I used a serious rootkit to remove him, but most of the serious stuff nowadays are taken off even by free anti-spyware programs. mostly cuz the virus and spyware database is shared between ALL programs - both free and paid.
try Avira, it's pretty intense in cleaning up junk.
