Halloween 2009 Guide
1) Go to the portal south of Falador, east of Rimmington and west of Draynor. It will take you to the house of the Grim Reaper. Speak to him, and he will tell you that a spider is in his bath and he needs you to remove it because he'll kill it if he touches it.
2)Head to the room due east, then north, than walk west up the stairs. Go south then east along the corridor and then north through the room to the bathroom. Its easy to spot - there's a big spider in it.
3)Talk to the spider. He/she will tell you that you need to get the Spider Queen to tell him/her to move.
4)Go to the Grim Reaper. He will open a portal to a giant web. Some strands you can walk on, others you will fall through and be teleported back to the beginning. I believe it is different for every person, but I went left, left again in a straight line, towards the centre, some sort of big circle in the next outer rim and then straight to the centre. I don't remember exactly.
4)Climb up the ladder. You will find yourself in an 'agility course' to get to the spider. Just follow it and you'll get to a ladder. Climb up it and talk to the spider there who will let you through the next ladder to the Spider Queen.

5)The Queen Spider will tell you to take an emissary with you to put cobwebs around the Grim Reaper's house. Go back to the 'entrance hall' to her 'throne' room and the spider there will give you Eek the spider.
6)Go back to the hole but this time click the option to go straight back to the Grim Reaper, who will let you cobweb the house. There are 64 pieces of furniture throughout the house you need to cobweb, consisting of 34 downstairs, 30 upstairs. When you enter a room, the spider will tell you how many cobwebable things are in the room. He will also tell you when the room is done. In one room is an undead dog who won't let you cobweb the furniture. Entertain him, then let him sniff the spider and he'll let you cobweb the room. Try to blow a raspberry at him and this'll happen:
Nothing to fear, you get teleported to the entrance to the house and you won't lose anything.
7)When you're done, speak to the Grim Reaper and go through the portal back to the Queen Spider. She'll tell you she'll tell the spider to move and she'll give you a spider-web cloak. Eek will ask to stay with you, and he becomes the Spider Queen's official emissary.
