Fallen X 4.2: RuneCrypt, Highscores, Economy & More!
It's been a long time since our last update, but much has changed, and much is still to come. First, let me introduce to you our new host, RuneCrypt. They have adopted the Fallen X project, and I have joined their staff as a Developer. By joining RuneCrypt, Fallen X is now able to use their extensive databases, guides, and user base to expand FX. The merge is without any flaws: We gain a huge influx of users, as well as RC's features, and they get the most advanced Runescape web client. It's a win for everyone; especially our faithful users. Due to this merge, Fallen X will from now on use RuneCrypts' database for logging in. If you already own a RuneCrypt account, then you're all set! Simply login to Fallen X using your RC username and password and you're back online. If not, then no worries; just start Fallen X normally and login using your current username and password; you will automatically have a RuneCrypt account created with the same name as your Fallen X account.
We've been working extensively with the staff of RuneCrypt in order to make this update the best version 4 update so far, and it has been a huge success. Included in this update are changes to Economy, Highscores, Settings, as well as functionality changes for many more features. With this update comes Firefox 3 support, as well as fixing more bugs and updating the navy theme. Overall, this is a landmark occasion for both FX and RC. We hope to see both take great strides forward in the future.
